Sju nya bloggare bekantar sig med samlingarna med hjälp av antikvarie Gudrun Anselm. 60 000 föremål, från stenyxor till datorer, väntar på att få sin historia berättad. Lilja, Lina, Alexandra, Sara, Frida, Jennie och Judith kommer inom kort att berätta om sig själva genom historiska föremål.
Kanske en cylinderhatt från tidigt 1800-tal eller ett par Dr. Martins kängor från 1995 inspirerar youthhood?

Hi, I am the Community Learning Officer from Derby Museum UK - I met some your staff at the Museums Conference in Manchester UK last autumn.
We talked about setting up Youth Forums at our museums – I have just been looking at your website and can see you have been very successful. You can see a little of what we have been doing with our group here http://www.derbymuseums.org/dm-youth-forum/
I am emailing as since last year, I have been thinking that it would be great to link our two groups in some way. We recently worked with young people in India and we would love to extend out international links. I think there could be all kinds of possibilities of connections between the two groups – one of our members even has a Swedish heritage. I have identified some possible funding which could perhaps fund a joint project – maybe even an exchange visit.
